Isabel Marant Trunk Show
The s/s 14 Isabel Marant trunk show is absolutely stunning. Not many in your face loud colors. A lot of ruffled fabrics for the summer time but what girl doesn't love ruffles? A lot of muted colors which seems to be in for this SS14 - the season of no color. Marant's trunk show has a very dainty girly feel to the collection with some fun whimsical vibes.
The silhouette of all of the garments show a fun simple girly shape to all of them. Showing a lot of leg and some skin which totally makes the collection more sexy than little-girly.
The collection makes me anticipate the warm weather that seems to be months and months away.

Hey Elizabeth, I enjoyed reading your post. I like how it shows each look and what colors the designer feels will be important. I didnt really fully understand what trunk shows were but after reading a few blogs and doing my own I think they are pretty neat. Especially bridal ones, makes me want to go make an appointment! :)
